En el contexto del apoyo a la pyme manufacturera de la regi\u00f3n que desarrolla el C4i<\/strong> <\/a>a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica para la Manufactura de Productos Complejos Avanzados,<\/strong> proyecto financiado por el Gobierno Regional del Biob\u00edo, se desarroll\u00f3 durante mayo un ciclo de talleres con empresas de distintos rubros de la zona.<\/em><\/p>\n

La actividad se enfoc\u00f3 en 3 tem\u00e1ticas generales: Escaneo 3D y Digitalizaci\u00f3n de Piezas, Flujo de Trabajo en CAD\/CAM y Manufactura Aditiva y Nuevos Materiales<\/strong>. Cada uno de ellos se dividi\u00f3 en una parte te\u00f3rica, en la cual se entregaron los fundamentos necesarios para comprender la tecnolog\u00eda, y una parte pr\u00e1ctica, donde pudieron presenciar y experimentar en primera persona lo visto previamente.<\/p>\n

El primero, Escaneo 3D y Digitalizaci\u00f3n de Piezas<\/strong>, muy \u00fatil para aprovechar las tecnolog\u00edas actuales y hacer levantamientos de informaci\u00f3n en terreno o el levantamiento de distintas piezas f\u00edsicas para tener su versi\u00f3n digitalizada y as\u00ed acelerar su proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, proceso que tradicionalmente se hace a trav\u00e9s mediciones manuales y procesos que son mucho m\u00e1s lentos.<\/p>\n

El segundo taller, tuvo relaci\u00f3n con el Flujo de Trabajo en CAD\/CAM<\/strong> desde la manipulaci\u00f3n de un archivo de trabajo en el programa hasta el proceso de env\u00edo a un equipo CNC, con el objetivo de fabricar desde el dise\u00f1o al prototipo o fabricaci\u00f3n del producto mismo.<\/p>\n

El \u00faltimo taller se enfoc\u00f3 en la Manufactura Aditiva y Nuevos Materiales<\/strong> con el objetivo de que las empresas participantes de este ciclo de talleres pudieran conocer las distintas tecnolog\u00edas que existen junto a las distintas m\u00e1quinas y capacidades que est\u00e1n implementadas en la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n y que se encuentran a disposici\u00f3n de las demandas de las distintas pymes manufactureras de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Cristian Mart\u00ednez, ingeniero de Empresas Ingemecanic<\/a>, al respecto coment\u00f3: \u201cEl programa de la Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica ha sido tremendamente positivo porque ha dado espacio a diferentes tipos de empresas e industria en general, a dar el salto hacia la innovaci\u00f3n. Si bien, antes de que existiera esta maravillosa oportunidad, lo est\u00e1bamos abordando de manera interna en la empresa, hay muchas otras empresas que no ten\u00edan el acceso ni el conocimiento y no es tan f\u00e1cil acercarse al tema de innovaci\u00f3n, porque se toma como un sue\u00f1o y no una realidad, pero estos talleres permiten acercarse para generar tecnolog\u00edas junto al C4i<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

El taller \u201cFlujo de Trabajo en CAD\/CAM\u201d estuvo a cargo de Enrique Nusdel, especialista del C4i, y se refiri\u00f3 a los beneficios para las empresas participantes, quienes aprendieron nuevas tecnolog\u00edas posibles de aplicar en sus procesos productivos. \u201cLa intenci\u00f3n fue mostrarles las posibilidades que existen y motivarlos a no tener miedo al momento de incorporar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Yo creo que, en las empresas locales, hay un poco de temor o desconocimiento sobre ellas y las ven como muy lejanas. Al mostr\u00e1rselas en estos talleres, se les hacen mucho m\u00e1s familiares y facilitando ese cambio tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, desde Formatic Ltda<\/a>., Luis Ram\u00edrez tambi\u00e9n tuvo palabras de agradecimiento, rescatando el valor que significa para ellos trabajar junto a la Universidad, al respecto dijo: \u201cTrabajamos hace varios meses con la Universidad y ha sido un tiempo de mucha ayuda. Hemos tenido acercamientos enriquecedores para nosotros como empresa y tambi\u00e9n a nivel de trabajadores porque hemos incorporado nuevas soluciones al trabajo que ya se realizaban habitualmente, pero que ha ido mejorando gracias a la vinculaci\u00f3n con la universidad porque nos han mostrado tecnolog\u00edas que nos sirven para nuestro campo y algunas relacionadas a mejorar los sistemas de producci\u00f3n y fabricaci\u00f3n que nos permite optimizar tiempo, producci\u00f3n, seguridad en los trabajadores, adem\u00e1s de hacer mejores productos<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos muy agradecidos con el C4i por estas instancias, para nosotros es muy importante y enriquecedor. Esperamos seguir teniendo este apoyo para que tambi\u00e9n podamos llevar nuestro producto, o lo que queramos realizar, un paso m\u00e1s adelante en conjunto con la Universidad<\/strong>\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Benjam\u00edn Germany, gerente del C4i y coordinador de la Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica, sobre los talleres agreg\u00f3 que \u201clas empresas pudieron conocer las distintas tecnolog\u00edas, pero tambi\u00e9n observar distintas piezas fabricadas en cada uno de los diferentes materiales que existen y conocer sus capacidades mec\u00e1nicas, resistencias, pesos y las distintas aplicaciones que estas permiten para el \u00e1rea industrial<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

En esta misma l\u00ednea, Benjam\u00edn Germany tambi\u00e9n comenta que como Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica se han propuesto el apoyo en capacitaci\u00f3n a pymes en distintos frentes, una muestra de esto son los cursos de la plataforma de capacitaciones online, ante lo cual explica que en ellos se tratan \u201ctemas relacionados a la manufactura, dise\u00f1o, estrategia, innovaci\u00f3n y otros muy \u00fatiles para estas empresas. Y en particular, tenemos estos talleres a trav\u00e9s de los cuales las empresas pueden observar en la pr\u00e1ctica c\u00f3mo estos equipos funcionan y c\u00f3mo pueden desarrollar proyectos e iniciativas aprovechando estas capacidades.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPara el futuro estamos explorando realizar talleres con m\u00e1s tem\u00e1ticas que sean de inter\u00e9s para la pyme regional, en particular temas de fabricaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica y algunos asociados al prototipo y desarrollo de tem\u00e1ticas de innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n
