\u201cEstamos contentos de participar nuevamente en un curso junto a FIA. Este es un curso con una metodolog\u00eda donde impartimos la parte te\u00f3rica para que puedan inmediatamente ponerlas en pr\u00e1ctica en casos simulados, lo que les servir\u00e1 much\u00edsimo en sus proyectos, coment\u00f3 la directora ejecutiva de Gearbox\u201d<\/strong>, Paola Verdugo.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa est\u00e1 dirigida a los directores de proyecto seleccionados a etapa 1 de J\u00f3venes Innovadores FIA que contribuyan a la soluci\u00f3n eficiente de los desaf\u00edos estrat\u00e9gicos de FIA vinculados con el sector silvoagropecuario nacional.<\/p>\n

Las actividades pr\u00e1cticas se realizar\u00e1n en equipo y con herramientas digitales que les permitir\u00e1n forjar v\u00ednculos, aprendizaje y comunicaci\u00f3n inmediata con sus pares, permitiendo as\u00ed compartir experiencias y aprendizajes con todos.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo percibe Yeribert Galaz, quien agreg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que\u00a0 \u201cla idea es que les podemos aportar desde la experiencia, y queremos que se sientan libres de compartir experiencias sobre sus caminos recorridos en el emprendimiento. Destacar tambi\u00e9n que cuando realizamos estos cursos el aprendizaje no es unidireccional, es colectivo, y esa es la riqueza que nos podemos llevar de estas instancias\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

El curso cuenta con m\u00e1s de 80 participantes y consta de 6 sesiones, terminando con una actividad final de Formulaci\u00f3n de Proyecto, donde tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de exhibir los aprendizajes obtenidos, para implementarlos en la etapa 2 de sus postulaciones a J\u00f3venes Innovadores de FIA.<\/strong><\/p>\n
