Forjando lazos y con un completo aprendizaje de las metodolog\u00edas impartidas culmin\u00f3 el Curso de Metodolog\u00edas de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong> dictado por el equipo de Gearbox a profesionales cient\u00edfico- tecnol\u00f3gicos de Bah\u00eda Blanca, Argentina.<\/p>\n

El curso organizado en alianza con el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas y T\u00e9cnicas de Argentina (CONICET) const\u00f3 de 8 jornadas en modalidad online, las cuales combinaron el aprendizaje te\u00f3rico con la implementaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de cada uno de los contenidos.<\/p>\n

Esta vinculaci\u00f3n con Argentina lograda por el equipo de Vinculaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica\u00a0 de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la UdeC resulta muy positiva para los ideales y metas de Gearbox.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo afirm\u00f3 la directora ejecutiva de Gearbox, Paola Verdugo: \u201cAlgo que es primordial en nuestro compromiso como Gearbox es ser un motor de cambio del ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, vincularnos con otros protagonistas del \u00e1rea, es algo que nos impulsa y enriquece mucho el conocimiento compartido. Estamos muy contentos de esta alianza con Conicet, y vemos un muy provechoso camino para seguir potenciando los esfuerzos en innovaci\u00f3n de ambas instituciones\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La metodolog\u00eda present\u00f3 un muy buen recibimiento por parte de los participantes y los coordinadores de Bah\u00eda Blanca, dejando plasmado la coordinaci\u00f3n de Gearbox al momento de presentar los contenidos. \u201cSe nota que Gearbox tiene equipo, la forma en que transmiten los contenidos y su coordinaci\u00f3n ha sido notoria. Esperamos poder seguir haciendo este tipo de actividades en el futuro\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 Jorge Pedrueza, vinculador tecnol\u00f3gico de CONICET.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, los participantes del curso destacaron la forma de trabajar en cada una de las clases. \u201cMe gust\u00f3 mucho la metodolog\u00eda de ver la parte te\u00f3rica y luego trabajar en grupo, me parece que eso lo hizo muy din\u00e1mico. Tambi\u00e9n el poder trabajar con tiempos, porque hace que uno simplifique y priorice. Me pareci\u00f3 un muy buen ejercicio para poder lograr objetivos de forma m\u00e1s clara y r\u00e1pida\u00bb<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 Ver\u00f3nica Ram\u00edrez, asistente del curso.<\/p>\n

Los talleres fueron impartidos por el ejecutivo de Aceleraci\u00f3n Carlos Lagos y el ejecutivo de Formaci\u00f3n Yeribert Galaz, quienes se mostraron muy satisfechos respecto al desempe\u00f1o de los participantes.<\/p>\n

\u201cPara nosotros fue un agrado poder trabajar con CONICET. Si bien es cierto que hemos replicado este curso en m\u00faltiples regiones de nuestro pa\u00eds, realizarlo en Argentina era un buen desaf\u00edo para nosotros. Siento que el trabajo con los participantes fluy\u00f3 muy bien y su interacci\u00f3n fue muy satisfactoria. Claramente es un indicador del aprendizaje que han obtenido\u201d<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 Yeribert Galaz.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Carlos Lagos afirm\u00f3 estar \u201ccontento de haber compartido estas semanas con los participantes de Argentina, son grandes profesionales y sin duda generar\u00e1n mucho impacto desde cada uno de sus trabajos e investigaciones. Veo una gran conciencia social y ecol\u00f3gica en cada uno de ellos, y eso es lo que nos falta como sociedad\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La buena retroalimentaci\u00f3n recibida por Argentina impulsa al equipo de Gearbox a seguir creciendo en cada taller. \u201cPara gearbox es un gran orgullo ver los resultados de los equipos que participan en nuestros cursos, en cada sesi\u00f3n vemos su evoluci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo implementan mejores herramientas para desarrollar sus proyectos y los excelentes resultados de cierre nos dejan con una enorme satisfacci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3 Paola Verdugo.<\/p>\n
