El di\u00e1logo, los especialistas, la generaci\u00f3n de grupos multidisciplinarios fueron parte de las caracter\u00edsticas que destac\u00f3 el Consorcio HEUMA<\/a> en relaci\u00f3n con la capacitaci\u00f3n en I+D+i+e efectuada por docentes de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda, y que tuvo su ceremonia de cierre el 03 de mayo, via Zoom.<\/em><\/p>\n

El programa de capacitaci\u00f3n, liderado por el acad\u00e9mico Pedro Vera, se efectu\u00f3 entre septiembre 2019 y diciembre 2020, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 28 docentes de las universidades Cat\u00f3lica del Norte y de Antofagasta \u2013 que forman parte del Consorcio HEUMA del programa Ingenier\u00eda 2030. Como resultado principal destacan los proyectos en I+D y en educaci\u00f3n en i+e generados por los participantes para su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En la actividad final participaron los decanos de las facultades, directivos de HEUMA y profesores, quienes manifestaron la satisfacci\u00f3n del curso. \u201cAgradezco la respuesta r\u00e1pida de la Consultora para adaptarse a la modalidad online como tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de conversar con distintos acad\u00e9micos con relaci\u00f3n a desaf\u00edos en conjunto y la capacidad de retenci\u00f3n del curso\u201d,<\/strong> expres\u00f3 Cecilia Mel\u00e9ndez, gerente del Consorcio HEUMA. Similar visi\u00f3n tuvo Fernando Echevarr\u00eda, Decano de la Facultad Ciencias de Ingenier\u00eda y de Construcci\u00f3n de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Norte, quien felicit\u00f3 a los participantes por su tiempo dedicado y esfuerzo.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Marcelo Cort\u00e9s, Decano de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Antofagasta destac\u00f3 que los temas de innovaci\u00f3n y emprendimiento son claves en la ingenier\u00eda, sobre todo, en la nueva generaci\u00f3n de docentes.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, Luis Mor\u00e1n, Decano de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n agradeci\u00f3 la confianza depositada y reflexion\u00f3 en torno al impacto del programa Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de Corfo en las facultades de ingenier\u00eda de Chile. \u201cHa permitido fomentar el di\u00e1logo e incorporar proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos en las facultades que han sido importantes, como tambi\u00e9n una mirada cr\u00edtica y de futuro, revisar c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1n haciendo las cosas y pensar en metas ambiciosas, reforzando nuestro compromiso por formar a los mejores ingenieros\u201d,<\/strong> expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Pedro Vera reiter\u00f3 los agradecimientos a los participantes, a los especialistas invitados que entregaron sus conocimientos, recalcando que este tipo de actividades es una experiencia que enriquece a todos.<\/p>\n
