Fuente: Gearbox<\/em> <\/p>\n Ampliar los conocimientos y desarrollar capacidades de innovaci\u00f3n en profesionales del sector cient\u00edfico – tecnol\u00f3gico de la Universidad de Bah\u00eda Blanca, Argentina, es el principal objetivo que re\u00fane a Gearbox<\/strong><\/a> con el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas y T\u00e9cnicas de Argentina (CONICET).<\/strong><\/p>\n El pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 31 de marzo se dio inicio a la primera clase del Curso Metodolog\u00edas de la Innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, iniciativa dictada por la Aceleradora de etapa temprana de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la UdeC que consta de 8 jornadas, considerando 1 clase de tres horas por semana, en modalidad E – learning.<\/p>\n El curso que cuenta con un total de 28 participantes se enfocar\u00e1 en elementos que tengan que ver con el desarrollo de una idea, Modelo de Negocio, la importancia de las Redes Sociales y el E-Commerce, entre otros puntos claves. De esta forma, se espera que para el t\u00e9rmino del curso, los participantes tengan la capacidad de desarrollar competencias para detectar oportunidades y generar soluciones innovadoras, para as\u00ed formular proyectos de innovaci\u00f3n y poder postular a distintas fuentes de financiamiento.<\/p>\n Esta entrega pudo llevarse a cabo gracias al apoyo de Vinculaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n,<\/strong> quienes generaron el lazo y la organizaci\u00f3n del curso junto a los Vinculadores Tecnol\u00f3gicos de CONICET, Jorge Pedrueza y David Lopez Villegas.<\/p>\n \u201cNos propusimos este a\u00f1o abordar problem\u00e1ticas encontradas en el sector cient\u00edfico – tecnol\u00f3gico, principalmente desde el recurso humano. Vimos que nuestros profesionales tienen basto conocimiento en el \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica, pero hay un miedo a la hora de salir al mercado. Por ello, siempre es bueno adquirir experiencias y recibir conocimientos de otro grupo que se dedique a la docencia en tem\u00e1ticas como estas.
