Esto, de acuerdo con una nota publicada en la Vicerrector\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n, y que se basa en un estudio efectuado por la Universidad de Stanford (Estados Unidos) denominado Updated Science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, que se traduce en un ranking de los mejores cient\u00edficos del mundo, clasificados por sus respectivas \u00e1reas del conocimiento de acuerdo con su productividad cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n Este indicador es medido en base a la cantidad de art\u00edculos publicados en revistas especializadas de alto impacto, \u00edndice de citas y factor h (o de Hirsch, que mide la trayectoria de un autor) en plataformas como World of Science (WoS) y Google Scholar, datos que fueron provistos por Elsevier.<\/p>\n En los resultados del citado estudio, se presentan dos listados o rankings de cient\u00edficos de 22 disciplinas (y 174 subdisciplinas): uno en que est\u00e1n ordenados seg\u00fan el impacto registrado a lo largo de toda su carrera, y u otro seg\u00fan el impacto generado en los \u00faltimos doce meses.<\/p>\n En los resultados del citado estudio, se presentan dos listados o rankings de cient\u00edficos de 22 disciplinas (y 174 subdisciplinas): uno en que est\u00e1n ordenados seg\u00fan el impacto registrado a lo largo de toda su carrera, y\/u otro seg\u00fan el impacto generado en los \u00faltimos doce meses.<\/p>\n Felicitaciones a:<\/p>\n
