El programa permiti\u00f3 convocar a m\u00e1s de 400 personas interesadas en la innovaci\u00f3n del sector silvogropecuario y la cadena de valor asociada.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cMetodolog\u00edas pr\u00e1cticas y aplicables en distintos contextos de forma exitosa\u201d<\/strong> fue una de las opiniones m\u00e1s escuchadas a lo largo de las 6 sesiones de cada curso realizado por la preincubadora Gearbox a participantes de m\u00faltiples regiones convocados por el servicio de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n Agraria (FIA).<\/p>\n

La iniciativa cuyo objetivo se centr\u00f3 en instruir sobre la innovaci\u00f3n en ecosistemas del sector silvoagropecuario y la cadena de valor asociada, y c\u00f3mo aplicarla en sus proyectos, fue replicada a lo largo de 13 regiones del pa\u00eds en modalidad online con m\u00e1s de 400 integrantes de todo Chile.<\/p>\n

Esta alianza permiti\u00f3 a Gearbox abarcar y explorar un p\u00fablico diferente al entorno acad\u00e9mico estudiantil, enfoc\u00e1ndose en profesionales que deciden emprender o implementar la innovaci\u00f3n en su entorno laboral.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo explic\u00f3 la directora ejecutiva de la pre aceleradora, Paola Verdugo, quien se refiri\u00f3 a esta experiencia como una inspiraci\u00f3n para el trabajo de Gearbox. \u201cEl trabajo con FIA ha sido una excelente instancia en la cual validamos nuestras metodolog\u00edas de trabajo, logrando excelentes resultados en estos 13 cursos. Instancias como esta nos inspiran a seguir desarroll\u00e1ndonos en esta l\u00ednea de trabajo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Por su parte, el director ejecutivo de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n Agraria (FIA), \u00c1lvaro Eyzaguirre P., destac\u00f3 el rol que Gearbox cumple en el proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n para promover la innovaci\u00f3n en el agro de nuestro pa\u00eds, a trav\u00e9s de nuestro servicio de Capacitaci\u00f3n. \u201cGearbox cuenta con un equipo de profesionales j\u00f3venes, que no s\u00f3lo hablan de innovaci\u00f3n sino que son un vivo ejemplo de ella, que en todo ven una oportunidad de desarrollo donde hacer mejor las cosas o poder contribuir\u201d,<\/strong> indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

A pesar de que se hab\u00eda considerado en un comienzo utilizar la modalidad presencial para cada clase, la pandemia que nos ha afectado a lo largo de todo este a\u00f1o oblig\u00f3 a modificar esta propuesta, adaptando el contenido y las din\u00e1micas de aprendizaje a las plataformas virtuales.<\/p>\n

El ejecutivo en Aceleraci\u00f3n Carlos Lagos concluy\u00f3 que las din\u00e1micas ejecutadas en cada curso obtuvieron resultados positivos en cada participante, a pesar de las limitantes de conectividad que pudiera presentar cada uno. \u201cConsidero que los resultados de aprendizaje fueron muy buenos. Se implementaron bien las metodolog\u00edas y se capt\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de los estudiantes. El \u00fanico problema que surgi\u00f3 en un momento fue la conexi\u00f3n a Internet, ya que no todos los participantes ten\u00edan computador para ingresar. A pesar de ello, quienes perd\u00edan la conexi\u00f3n volv\u00edan a intentar ingresar, lo que demuestra el real inter\u00e9s y compromiso de ellos de querer seguir aprendiendo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Asimismo, los participantes de cada taller pudieron constatar por ellos mismos el permanente esfuerzo de Gearbox por ajustar los contenidos al contexto en que vivimos. \u201cLa capacidad de adaptarse a la pandemia result\u00f3 espectacular, partiendo por la innovaci\u00f3n en la forma de presentar los contenidos, permitiendo a algunos que no estaban en Chile formar parte del curso\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 Roberto Cavagnola, participante del taller en la regi\u00f3n de Los R\u00edos.<\/p>\n

Pero no son solo los participantes los beneficiados con cada curso. Para Yeribert Galaz, ejecutivo en Formaci\u00f3n de Gearbox, llevar a cabo oportunidades como \u00e9sta fortalecen a\u00fan m\u00e1s el ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n de todo Chile. \u201cVincular el conocimiento de la UdeC con personas que tienen este motor de hacer cosas, de aprender para poder aplicar, es justamente donde se empieza fortalecer el ecosistema. Son los estudiantes quienes se encargan de poder dispersar el conocimiento que nosotros estamos entregando. Si dentro de este ecosistema tenemos 100 actores, pero ellos est\u00e1n conectados con 3 o 5 personas, ah\u00ed es donde se comienza a generar esta di\u00e1spora\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poder conectar a personas de todo Chile con intereses, ideales y desaf\u00edos comunes es uno de los grandes objetivos logrados con este curso. Como indic\u00f3 una de las colaboradoras del programa, Paola Ot\u00e1rola \u201cA los participantes les recomiendo buscar oportunidades para aplicar lo que han aprendido y transformarse en agentes de cambio para el ecosistema desde cada uno de sus trabajos\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n
