Una de las cuestiones b\u00e1sicas que emergen es la capacidad de los distintos actores de explotar las posibilidades que brinda la tecnolog\u00eda para as\u00ed mejorar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de los procesos educativos.<\/p>\n

La transformaci\u00f3n digital del modelo educativo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La transformaci\u00f3n digital es un proceso que procura aprovechar las tecnolog\u00edas para redefinir el quehacer de una organizaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de automatizar lo que actualmente hace. Implica repensar su rol y modificar la forma de lograr sus prop\u00f3sitos.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, el rol de una universidad se debe asumir como el de transformar el mundo a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Los agentes de cambio lo constituyen principalmente los profesionales y los graduados que han recibido su educaci\u00f3n guiados por una universidad, y que desplegar\u00e1n sus competencias en distintos contextos y territorios, concretando el aporte de una instituci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/p>\n

Un modelo educativo que aproveche las ventajas de la tecnolog\u00eda debiese considerar un curr\u00edculo personal que se vaya actualizando a la largo de la vida; grados y t\u00edtulos flexibles; micro certificaciones; especializaciones, formaci\u00f3n integral y complementaria en un mismo programa; curr\u00edculo adaptativo e inclusivo, articulaci\u00f3n efectiva; foco en la certificaci\u00f3n de aprendizajes y desarrollo de competencias, docencia h\u00edbrida.<\/p>\n

Para posibilitar esta transformaci\u00f3n, se requiere disponer de los recursos adecuados en t\u00e9rminos de infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica (sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de aprendizaje, sistemas automatizados de gesti\u00f3n operativa y estrat\u00e9gica) y de infraestructura educativa (conectividad a energ\u00eda e internet, espacios f\u00edsicos adecuados para el aprendizaje activo presencial y colaborativo, salas estudio para poder desarrollar docencia con estudiantes presenciales y remotos, entre otros). Adem\u00e1s, se requiere una amplia red de colaboraci\u00f3n para estar constantemente observando el mercado laboral, las tendencias en desarrollo humano, cient\u00edfico y tecnol\u00f3gico, desde un punto de vista local y global, de modo de poder anticipar los cambios en el entorno e ir adecuando de manera oportuna y pertinente la oferta educativa.<\/p>\n

Y, como todo sistema socio t\u00e9cnico, uno de los principales desaf\u00edos asociados a esta transformaci\u00f3n, es la capacidad de las distintas personas involucradas, y la adopci\u00f3n del rol protag\u00f3nico que les corresponde, manteniendo una conducta \u00e9tica que asegure la calidad del proceso. Para lograr lo anterior, las instituciones deben redefinir sus lineamientos para poder lograr sus prop\u00f3sitos en este nuevo escenario.<\/p>\n
