La docente y Directora del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica y Cs. De la Computaci\u00f3n, Marcela Varas<\/a><\/strong>, en conjunto con el psic\u00f3logo Jorge Maluenda<\/strong>, colaborador de la FI, se encuentran actualmente realizando una capacitaci\u00f3n a acad\u00e9micos de la Sede Puerto Montt de la Universidad Austral en el contexto de la docencia universitaria.<\/p>\n

Se trata de una asistencia t\u00e9cnica desarrollada a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/a> de nuestra Facultad, IIT, donde a los participantes se les capacita en la tem\u00e1tica de evaluaciones de aprendizaje m\u00e1s efectivas y con instrumentos dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente, seg\u00fan sea el caso.<\/p>\n

\u201cLes ense\u00f1amos a utilizar algunas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas propias de la modalidad online<\/em> que tambi\u00e9n se pueden aplicar en el formato presencial y con las que se puede sistematizar mucho mejor la informaci\u00f3n. B\u00e1sicamente porque el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n es levantar informaci\u00f3n y muestrear evidencia de si hubo o no aprendizaje, entonces con tecnolog\u00eda es mucho m\u00e1s dicha sistematizaci\u00f3n de datos\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 la docente Jefa del Proyecto, Marcela Varas.<\/p>\n

Por su parte el profesional de la UdEI, Jorge Maluenda, contribuye con su experiencia y formaci\u00f3n disciplinar en la relator\u00eda, donde una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas es que se trabaja con los problemas reales de los participantes, con una metodolog\u00eda donde un 40% de las clases son te\u00f3ricas y el 60% restante es de trabajo pr\u00e1ctico sobre sus propios casos. \u201cDe esta forma conseguimos que el estudiante o participante se motive y se vayan con sus instrumentos de evaluaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ados y revisados\u201d<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 Varas.<\/p>\n

La log\u00edstica de la actividad consta de diez sesiones de dos horas y media cada una por la plataforma Zoom, donde participan tambi\u00e9n profesionales de la Unidad de Desarrollo Docente de la Sede Puerto Montt de la UACh, equivalente a la DirDoc de nuestra Universidad.<\/p>\n

A partir de esta asistencia t\u00e9cnica surgi\u00f3 la idea junto al IIT de replicar esta capacitaci\u00f3n a otros organismos o centros de formaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tener m\u00e1s cohortes dentro de la misma Universidad Austral.<\/p>\n
