Alumni UdeC<\/a> invita a participar a estudiantes de \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de ingenier\u00eda al curso de inserci\u00f3n laboral,<\/strong>\u00a0que ser\u00e1 certificado por UdeC Capacita<\/a> y por Sence, <\/a>que busca fortalecer las competencias para una adecuada inserci\u00f3n en el mundo laboral actual.<\/p>\n

Este curso, de 40 horas y que se inicia el 26 de noviembre, no tiene costo para los participantes y por ser la primera versi\u00f3n se incluir\u00e1 una entrevista laboral con retroalimentaci\u00f3n para cada asistente (realizada por un psic\u00f3logo laboral).<\/p>\n

Los temas a tratar son:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 El mercado laboral (escenario actual, proceso de b\u00fasqueda,
objetivo profesional, redes, etc.)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Perfil profesional (tipos de perfil, competencias, relaciones
interpersonales, autogesti\u00f3n, etc.)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Proceso de selecci\u00f3n (CV, entrevista, test psicol\u00f3gicos,
etc.)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Aspectos legales y gesti\u00f3n de personas (Tipos de trabajo,
contratos, servicios a honorarios, etc.)<\/p>\n

Luego de abordar estos contenidos los asistentes deber\u00edan ser capaces de: analizar el\u00a0 escenario actual del mercado laboral, distinguir los
tipos de perfiles profesionales, identificar las etapas del proceso de selecci\u00f3n e identificar aspectos legales y de recursos humanos en la
organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
