\nLuego de diez semanas intensas de aprendizaje te\u00f3rico y trabajo multidisciplinario entre estudiantes de primero a sexto a\u00f1o de nuestra Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda y la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda Civil Agr\u00edcola del campus Chill\u00e1n, finaliz\u00f3 el piloto del Desaf\u00edo FIA-Gearbox que buscaba encontrar soluciones reales a la escasez h\u00eddrica en las regiones de \u00d1uble y B\u00edob\u00edo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Con propuestas concretas y muy bien evaluadas en su evoluci\u00f3n tanto por los expertos de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n Agraria, FIA, como por los propios ejecutivos de formaci\u00f3n de Gearbox, finaliz\u00f3, el pasado 26 de agosto, el primer piloto del Desaf\u00edo entre la alianza FIA-Gearbox.<\/p>\n

\u201cSe lograron identificar problemas mucho m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos y eso llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n, que al ser estudiantes lograran proponer soluciones coherentes, con un grado de factibilidad importante y no menor de innovaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 Yeribert Galaz, Ejecutivo de Formaci\u00f3n de Gearbox.<\/p>\n

Gonzalo Rueda, Ingeniero Agr\u00edcola y Representante Macrozonal de \u00d1uble y B\u00edob\u00edo de FIA indic\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n estar muy conforme con el resultado final de la actividad. \u201cHubo varias propuestas bastantes interesantes y entre esas algunas muy simples pero con gran potencial de aporte a los productores. Nuestra evaluaci\u00f3n es muy positiva y por tanto queremos seguir trabajando con Gearbox en futuros desaf\u00edos\u201d<\/strong>, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar tambi\u00e9n la importancia en la transferencia de conocimientos de innovaci\u00f3n, que tanto los estudiantes como Yeribert, destacaron como uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes de este aprendizaje. \u201cEllos(as) ya saben c\u00f3mo es un proceso de innovaci\u00f3n, si bien es cierto todo era m\u00e1s bien formativo y no hubo un trabajo en terreno producto de la pandemia; s\u00ed pudieron entender c\u00f3mo se debe ejecutar y para el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana ya tienen nociones y herramientas para desarrollarlo\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Para Javiera Carrasco, estudiante de quinto a\u00f1o de Ingenier\u00eda Ambiental del Campus Chill\u00e1n \u201cfue muy interesante compartir otros puntos de vista respecto a sus compa\u00f1eros de grupo, as\u00ed como trabajar en \u00e1reas en las que mi carrera no se enfoca tanto; personalmente yo no ten\u00eda conocimientos en innovaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed que esta experiencia me deja algunas nociones muy \u00fatiles para el futuro\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La experiencia del trabajo multidisciplinario fue un componente clave de valor agregado para todos los estudiantes, quienes concordaron que en el intercambio de ideas y visiones distintas se encuentra el camino para desarrollar soluciones m\u00e1s completas e integrales.<\/p>\n

\u201cFue una gran oportunidad de aprendizaje, tanto te\u00f3rica en innovaci\u00f3n como multidisciplinaria. No siempre est\u00e1 la posibilidad de trabajar en equipos diversos y a mi parecer funcion\u00f3 muy bien; se nota que es muy valioso, en comparaci\u00f3n a trabajar con una sola especialidad, ya que se exponen diferentes puntos de vista seg\u00fan la experiencia y especialidad de cada uno y ese complemento fue muy positivo y nos permiti\u00f3 llegar a mejores resultados\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 Nora Tapia, estudiante de sexto a\u00f1o de Ingenier\u00eda Civil Metal\u00fargica.<\/p>\n

<\/a>\u201cRealmente no nos damos cuenta de todo nuestro potencial y de lo que somos capaces; me di cuenta que podemos trabajar realmente r\u00e1pido y se puede acelerar a un nivel incre\u00edble. Lo \u00fanico que podr\u00eda decir que nos falt\u00f3 un poco en los grupos fueron los humanistas, muy necesarios. Falta gente con visi\u00f3n humana, ya que a veces la mirada ingenieril se olvida de eso y se va un poco m\u00e1s a las m\u00e1quinas. Pero de todas maneras volver\u00eda a participar en algo as\u00ed, de hecho, ya entr\u00e9 a Gearbox este semestre\u201d<\/em>.

<\/a>\u201cEl prueba y error; veo que hay que ser porfiado en ese sentido y no tener miedo a la equivocaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n a cumplir los plazos, porque el hecho de que debi\u00e9semos realizar actividades todas las semanas nos llev\u00f3 a presion\u00e1ramos un poco m\u00e1s. Finalmente, a aprender a trabajar con diferentes personas para sacar lo mejor de cada uno y a entender que los procesos de los proyectos reales son largos y requieren tiempo\u201d<\/em>.

<\/a>\u201cComprender en profundidad la realidad h\u00eddrica en Chile, ya que la situaci\u00f3n es compleja en distintos niveles y eso mismo incita a buscar m\u00e1s soluciones. Me di cuenta que hay responsabilidades compartidas entre los organismos y agricultores asociados, adem\u00e1s de la importancia de considerar esta problem\u00e1tica como un tema de mayor prioridad en el corto plazo. Por otro lado, buscar ampliar los puntos vistas al momento de estudiar un problema; puesto que muchas veces tendemos a cerrarnos sin mirar m\u00e1s posibilidades. Creo que este desaf\u00edo me deja esa moraleja, intentar siempre ver m\u00e1s all\u00e1<\/em>\u201d.

<\/a><\/strong>\u201cQue con la innovaci\u00f3n se puede desarrollar el rol social de la ingenier\u00eda, que muchas veces se nos olvida como ingenieros producto de que nuestras carreras est\u00e1n m\u00e1s enfocadas al \u00e1mbito industrial.
