El aparato, fruto de la colaboraci\u00f3n de los equipos de Asmar y la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda UdeC, result\u00f3 ganador del concurso \u201cUn Respiro Para Chile\u201d, iniciativa p\u00fablico-privada que reuni\u00f3 a diversas instituciones bajo la consigna de crear un dispositivo de asistencia ventilatoria en suelo nacional.<\/p>\n

Frente a las implicancias de ese desaf\u00edo, el Ministro Couv\u00e9 destac\u00f3 que hubo un \u201csentido de misi\u00f3n, nos pusimos un objetivo donde no hab\u00eda opciones, era un objetivo y una misi\u00f3n no opcionales, sin matices. Hab\u00eda que construir un ventilador mec\u00e1nico, muchos ventiladores, porque ten\u00edamos la necesidad urgente\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cEse sentido de misi\u00f3n genera unidad, adhesi\u00f3n, y la participaci\u00f3n de cada uno de nosotros en su respectivo rol. Esto es un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo se aborda un desaf\u00edo pa\u00eds en tiempo corto, con las capacidades que tenemos, con la colaboraci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3 la autoridad.<\/p>\n

El titular de Ciencia se\u00f1al\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u201cel objetivo central del Ministerio de Ciencia es trabajar de la mano con la creatividad, con la tecnolog\u00eda, para llegar, de no tener nada, a tener algo que despu\u00e9s se pasa a aquellos que lo van a escalar, lo van a perfeccionar, a producir\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cEse espacio, es un espacio que se ha llenado por primera vez con una articulaci\u00f3n desde el Estado en este \u00e1mbito.
