El programa comenz\u00f3 el pasado lunes 03 de agosto en la regi\u00f3n Metropolitana y de O\u2019Higgins, siendo oficialmente lanzado por el director ejecutivo de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n Agraria (FIA), \u00c1lvaro Eyzaguirre.<\/p>\n

\u201cUno de los servicios de FIA es la capacitaci\u00f3n, l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n que busca desarrollar conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes en torno a la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento en ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos relacionados al agro. Los cursos de formulaci\u00f3n tienen como objetivo espec\u00edfico instruir a las personas sobre c\u00f3mo dise\u00f1ar correctamente un proyecto de innovaci\u00f3n y hoy esta herramienta se vuelve fundamental por la situaci\u00f3n actual del pa\u00eds, donde el compromiso es a\u00fan m\u00e1s necesario. Por ello, queremos felicitar al trabajo de Gearbox, pues confiamos en su experiencia que esperamos sea muy bien recibida en todas en las regiones de Chile<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

De esta forma, se busca que los estudiantes aprendan un m\u00e9todo para desarrollar soluciones innovadoras a los problemas, idealmente no evidentes, de la industria agro y con proyecci\u00f3n comercial, de manera que al finalizar el curso sean capaces de formular proyectos para postular a financiamiento y\/o para sumarse al ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n que les permita ser agentes activos en el ecosistema. \u201cYa sea a Corfo, al mismo FIA, a Sercotec, u otro, definiendo su modelo de negocios, para presentarlo mediante el pitch, basados en el proceso de innovaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, comenta Yeribert Galaz, ejecutivo de Formaci\u00f3n de Gearbox, y uno de los relatores de los contenidos.<\/p>\n

A principios de junio, Gearbox fue notificado como el organismo escogido para ejecutar estos cursos, con el desaf\u00edo de que en cinco d\u00edas deb\u00edan adaptar los contenidos a la modalidad online. La nueva propuesta reduc\u00eda las horas de 24 a 18, cambiando tres jornadas completas a seis sesiones de tres horas sincr\u00f3nicas en formato b-learning y de aula invertida, donde los estudiantes tendr\u00e1n a su disposici\u00f3n material de estudio, el que deber\u00e1n revisar previo a las clases para facilitar las din\u00e1micas pr\u00e1cticas y resolver dudas.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, el proceso de dise\u00f1o de los cursos estuvo basado en la metodolog\u00eda Defi2 como eje central de contenidos -creada por Yuken-, los cuales han sido adaptados para el contexto de los participantes, con ejercicios y ejemplos que usamos en Gearbox en nuestros ciclos de aceleraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en el minor. Como parte de la din\u00e1mica de ejecuci\u00f3n para las actividades estamos usando varias herramientas digitales que permiten a los participantes interactuar con su equipo y plasmar las tem\u00e1ticas vistas durante la sesi\u00f3n y fuera de ella, cuenta Carlos Lagos, ejecutivo de Gearbox y relator tambi\u00e9n en esta actividad.<\/p>\n

Cabe mencionar adem\u00e1s que, para adjudicarse este proyecto, Gearbox deb\u00eda presentar alianzas con Universidad y\/o CFT en todas las regiones donde la UdeC no tuviese sede. Gesti\u00f3n que realizaron previo a la postulaci\u00f3n del proyecto y que hoy permite que el ejecutor cuente con el apoyo de un interlocutor regional que conoce la realidad agr\u00edcola respectiva y maneja adem\u00e1s los conceptos b\u00e1sicos a tratar en el curso, con quienes dictan en conjunto las clases.<\/p>\n

Esta actividad se suma a la que Gearbox ya mantiene con FIA producto del Desaf\u00edo de Innovaci\u00f3n Abierta para estudiantes de pregrado de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda UdeC y la Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda Agr\u00edcola del campus Chill\u00e1n que iniciaron en junio de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
