Luis Garc\u00eda Santander, acad\u00e9mico de la FI UdeC, coment\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o \u2013dada la pandemia \u2013 se efectuar\u00e1 de manera online, lo que por un lado facilita la participaci\u00f3n de importantes representante de los pa\u00edses en temas energ\u00e9ticos, como Ministros de Energ\u00eda de varios pa\u00edses y especialistas en los temas, como tambi\u00e9n la asistencia virtual de m\u00e1s asistentes nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa energ\u00eda es un tema que nos afecta a todos, por lo tanto, este congreso que comenz\u00f3 hace 9 a\u00f1os a hablar del tema sigue estando muy vigente. Por otro lado, el cambio clim\u00e1tico y medioambiente se han incorporado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y por supuesto, la investigaci\u00f3n de punta en torno a los desaf\u00edos energ\u00e9ticos que se ha potenciado a\u00fan m\u00e1s gracias a la Red Iberoamericana CYTED, que permite establecer lazos de conexi\u00f3n entre Latinoam\u00e9rica y Europa\u201d,<\/strong> coment\u00f3 Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
