<\/a>Erradicar en los trabajadores la sensaci\u00f3n de reemplazo y generar un equipo entre el hombre y la tecnolog\u00eda, aportando respectivamente creatividad y eficiencia, es para Eduardo S\u00e1nchez, gerente de Innovaci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o Ltda., imprescindible para acercarnos hacia una industria 4.0. Camino que ya ha iniciado al integrar su empresa al programa de la Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica para la Manufactura Avanzada de Productos Complejos avanzados para pymes, creado por el Centro para Industria 4.0 de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda UdeC y el Gobierno Regional.<\/p>\nGenerar innovaci\u00f3n a nivel local que pueda escalar y llevarla a otros mercados en pa\u00edses que reci\u00e9n comienzan a tecnologizar el rubro forestal, fue lo que motiv\u00f3 a este empresario a contestar la encuesta de la Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica para integrarse al programa con su empresa Innovaci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o Ltda., creada hace 12 a\u00f1os para la fabricaci\u00f3n de equipamiento y maquinaria forestal, reparaci\u00f3n de equipos, dise\u00f1o y soluciones para la industria.<\/p>\n
Este emprendedor enfatiza en la importancia de que la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e9 alineada con las reales necesidades de los usuarios, empatizando con ellos y sus entornos, haci\u00e9ndolos part\u00edcipes del proceso, el que debe ser amigable para que se sientan responsables de su \u00e9xito y no reemplazados.<\/p>\n
En el \u00e1mbito del trabajador, S\u00e1nchez enfatiz\u00f3 en que a\u00fan falta insertar el concepto de industria 4.0 en el trabajador y que esto no significa su sustituci\u00f3n. Para esto debe existir capacitaci\u00f3n y un cambio de mentalidad en los equipos de trabajo, \u201cquiz\u00e1 las nuevas generaciones que ingresen al mercado laboral contar\u00e1n con habilidades blandas, mayor creatividad y capacidad de trabajar en equipo, reconociendo en ellos y su entorno las capacidades de cada uno\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Esta preocupaci\u00f3n por el equipo de trabajo ha estado presente, sobre todo, en la actualidad donde la pandemia provocada por el Covid-19 ha afectado muchas plazas laborales: \u201cnuestra lucha en este momento es no caer en la suspensi\u00f3n de contratos de nuestros trabajadores, ya que desde hace alg\u00fan tiempo el flujo de trabajo cay\u00f3 estrepitosamente y estamos viendo alternativas para continuar y avanzar a la apertura de nuevos mercados para nuestra capacidad productiva<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n No obstante lo anterior, las expectativas del gerente y propietario de Innovaci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o, frente a la iniciativa destinada a apoyar a las pymes manufactureras, se centran en crear lazos y v\u00ednculos con empresas que puedan demandar lo que producen, obtener conocimientos y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que mejoren
