La b\u00fasqueda constante de tecnolog\u00edas y espacios de mejoras fueron las motivaciones de la empresa Strauss para integrarse al programa de la Unidad Tecnol\u00f3gica para la Manufactura Avanzada de Productos Complejos avanzados para pymes, creado por el Centro para Industria 4.0 de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda UdeC y el Gobierno Regional.<\/p>\n

El programa es de car\u00e1cter gratuito y busca desarrollar capacidades para la generaci\u00f3n de productos y servicios de mayor complejidad de las Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas de la Regi\u00f3n del Biob\u00edo, en este contexto Patricio Encina, ingeniero de proyectos, de Strauss destac\u00f3 que la integraci\u00f3n a esta instancia y el trabajo conjunto permitir\u00e1n cumplir con los anhelos propuestos por su organizaci\u00f3n, \u201cy en particular el Centro de Industria 4.0 de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda se constituye como el mejor aliado para ello<\/strong>\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n

Strauss, por casi 30 a\u00f1os, se ha dedicado a entregar servicios de dise\u00f1o y fabricaci\u00f3n de mobiliario, ambientes y espacios, con un alto compromiso hacia sus clientes. Tambi\u00e9n distribuye artefactos de l\u00ednea blanca y complementos como sillas, cortinas roller, revestimientos decorativos y pinturas.<\/p>\n

El ingreso a la plataforma del programa, que implic\u00f3 contestar una encuesta que arrojar\u00e1 un diagn\u00f3stico acabado de la empresa, constituye para Encina contar con informaci\u00f3n que contribuir\u00e1 a definir el escenario de partida de la empresa, \u201cun correcto diagn\u00f3stico es una condici\u00f3n sine qua non para entregar las soluciones adecuadas y \u00f3ptimas, sumar\u00e1 datos a la evaluaci\u00f3n global que realizar\u00e1 el Centro<\/strong>\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n

En este aspecto, para el ingeniero de Strauss, resulta fundamental que las empresas y emprendedores de la regi\u00f3n comiencen a tomar consciencia de la importancia de modernizar procesos en la manufactura y as\u00ed poder incorporar tecnolog\u00eda aplicada a los productos. \u201dEstas mejoras pueden permitir disminuir considerablemente los costos de producci\u00f3n o bien, incorporar valor agregado a la productos hechos en la regi\u00f3n mediante caracter\u00edsticas que sean deseadas por el mercado. Ambos efectos lograr\u00edan que el B\u00edob\u00edo pudiese entrar a nuevos mercados de manera mucho m\u00e1s competitiva<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

La regi\u00f3n tiene suficiente capital humano y excelentes centros de investigaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1n capacitados para desarrollar proyectos de Industria 4.0; sin embargo, manifest\u00f3 Encina, falta un ecosistema que fomente de manera transversal el uso y la necesidad de estas tecnolog\u00edas, el que debe ser el resultado de esfuerzos tanto de la empresa privada, de la academia y tambi\u00e9n del sector p\u00fablico. De todas maneras, dijo, \u201ccreemos que vamos por buen camino. La Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n ha avanzado a pasos gigantes, generando un sentido de urgencia y realizando una excelente gesti\u00f3n de vinculaci\u00f3n con empresas de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a los resultados que podr\u00eda tener para su empresa integrar el programa, Encina mencion\u00f3 impulsar un mercado, en la zona, alienado con los objetivos de la manufactura 4.0, lo que podr\u00eda transformarse en el primer paso para la creaci\u00f3n de un Hub especializado en la regi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s empresas y m\u00e1s universidades involucradas en la manufactura avanzada. De igual manera destac\u00f3, en lo inmediato, la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y nuevos conocimientos aplicados.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 el establecer, a nivel de empresa, un Laboratorio de Creaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n, \u201cesto nos permitir\u00e1 acelerar el conocimiento para presentar nuevos y mejores avances a lo largo del tiempo<\/strong>\u201d. Y ya, en el largo plazo, \u201cser un referente nacional al aplicar tecnolog\u00eda avanzada a nuestros productos mediante la integraci\u00f3n de electr\u00f3nica, tecnolog\u00edas Iot, tecnolog\u00edas habilitantes y maquinarias avanzada en nuestra l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n
