Junto a todos los funcionarios que integran la Administraci\u00f3n de la Facultad, y en un grato ambiente de camarader\u00eda, se realiz\u00f3 el almuerzo de despedida para don Pedro Herrera Ar\u00e9valo, Conductor Mayor de la Facultad, quien se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 durante 40 a\u00f1os en la Universidad; a M\u00e1ximo Rosales Campos, Encargado del Edificio de Sistemas; y Juan Mathieu Parra, Auxiliar Mayor, quienes pertenecieron a la UdeC 47 y 45 a\u00f1os, respectivamente.<\/p>\n

El decano, Luis Mor\u00e1n Tamayo, agradeci\u00f3 el tiempo y la dedicaci\u00f3n otorgada a la instituci\u00f3n durante todos estos a\u00f1os, dese\u00e1ndoles felicidad a ellos y sus familias en esta nueva etapa que comienzan. \u201cEsperamos que lo pasen muy bien y las puertas de la Facultad siempre van a estar abiertas para cuando nos quieran venir a visitar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Juan Mathieu dio un breve discurso, agradeciendo todo lo recibido por la Universidad en estos a\u00f1os. \u201cMuchas veces es dif\u00edcil cuando las personas se van, hay tristeza, pero en lo personal puedo decir que me voy feliz, muy agradecido de la gloriosa Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n, en la cual labor\u00e9 45 a\u00f1os, ya que gracias a ella mis dos hijos estudiaron ac\u00e1 con Beca Hijo de Funcionario; y por haber compartido con muchas personas, auxiliares, secretarias, laborantes, contadora, periodista y docentes, decano, vicedecano y jefes administrativos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En la oportunidad se le entreg\u00f3 un presente a cada uno de ellos, y se aprovech\u00f3 de despedir tambi\u00e9n a Alexi del Canto Palominos, Director de la Unidad de An\u00e1lisis, quien deja nuestra Facultad por razones personales.<\/p>\n
