El grupo conformado por Ralph de Witte, Eva Horstick, Marta Kn\u00f6pfel, Leonie van Gestel, se integr\u00f3 a proyectos relacionados con la elaboraci\u00f3n de hormig\u00f3n con dos tipos de residuos: fibras de corteza de eucaliptus y neum\u00e1ticos. \u201cEllos estudian todo lo relacionado con negocio sustentable y ac\u00e1 complementaron con el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico, aportando as\u00ed con las tem\u00e1ticas de sustentabilidad, desde el hacerse cargo de los residuos, por ejemplo, hasta la factibilidad econ\u00f3mica de un proyecto.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que a pesar que estuvieron justo en el periodo entre octubre y diciembre de 2019, los estudiantes extranjeros finalizaron satisfactoriamente y avanzaron mucho m\u00e1s que sus compa\u00f1eros que est\u00e1n en otros pa\u00edses. Los resultados fueron expuestos la segunda semana de enero Windesheim.<\/p>\n

El docente del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Civil, Mauricio Pradena, destac\u00f3 que uno de los aspectos positivos de experiencias como \u00e9stas es la relaci\u00f3n entre estudiantes de la FI UdeC y extranjeros, \u201cmuchos de nuestros alumnos finalmente terminan hablando otro idioma, porque existe la necesidad de comunicarse\u201d.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a c\u00f3mo se gest\u00f3 la visita, Pradena coment\u00f3 que est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionada con la experiencia de haber recibido estudiantes de la Universidad de Delft. \u201cExpuse en Holanda lo realizado con alumnos de la Delft y estaba presente la rectora de Windesheim, quien se interes\u00f3 en lo que est\u00e1bamos haciendo, concretando finalmente el viaje de los j\u00f3venes\u201d.<\/p>\n
