\nDesde el 06 al 24 de enero, se realiz\u00f3 el curso de verano de postgrado sobre \u201cEstimaci\u00f3n y Control Predictivo\u201d, organizado por el Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica, y dictado por el profesor Andre Desbien de la Universidad de Laval, Canad\u00e1<\/p>\n

Durante las tres semanas de clases, modalidad te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica, los alumnos y alumnas recibieron informaci\u00f3n en torno a modelos discretos lineales, \u00e1lgebra matricial y se\u00f1ales estoc\u00e1sticas, control predictivo, control multivariable, control matriz din\u00e1mica y control restringido como tambi\u00e9n productos comerciales y aplicaciones industriales.<\/p>\n

El objetivo del curso fue entregar las herramientas necesarias a los alumnos de postgrado para que puedan aplicar estrategias de control productivos en sus respectivos proyectos. \u00abPara lo cual debieron presentar sus problem\u00e1ticas y c\u00f3mo el control predictivo\u00a0 podr\u00eda aportar a sus respectivas investigaciones\u00bb<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 el acad\u00e9mico Daniel Sb\u00e1rbaro.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, los alumnos desarrollaron un trabajo y un examen para aprobar el curso, el que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de alumnos de los Departamentos de Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica, Metal\u00fargica, Industrial y Qu\u00edmica; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n alumnos y docentes de la Universidad del Bio-Bio y del Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de la Sant\u00edsima Concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
