Eva Rajo Iglesias, acad\u00e9mica de la misma universidad, en el Laboratorio de Microondas de Ingenier\u00eda Civil en Telecomunicaciones.<\/p>\n \u201cEl objetivo era dar a conocer las actividades de investigaci\u00f3n que se hacen en mi grupo de estudio en Madrid, para que los estudiantes y el profesores de esta universidad sepa a qu\u00e9 nos dedicamos y, de esta manera, ver si es posible conseguir algunas colaboraciones futuras\u201d<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 la Dra. Rajo sobre esta charla.<\/p>\n En la actividad, que se transmiti\u00f3 online, la investigadora tambi\u00e9n convers\u00f3 sobre los proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n que realiza su grupo actualmente. \u201cTenemos proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n que financia el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ol en los que estudiamos sobre todo cosas relacionadas con metasuperficies y metamateriales, pero tambi\u00e9n tenemos proyectos con empresas como Nokia. Tambien hemos trabajado con empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as de tipo start up, <\/em>relacionadas con aplicaciones de antena, en las que se nos pide que hagamos el dise\u00f1o de alguna antena para una aplicaci\u00f3n especifica\u201d,<\/strong> indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n Francisco Pizarro, profesor auxiliar de la Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Valpara\u00edso, coment\u00f3 que esta visita a la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el contexto de la adjudicaci\u00f3n de un proyecto. \u201cNosotros postulamos a un proyecto Conicyt MEC, proyecto del programa de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional de Conicyt, que justamente es para traer a profesores de gran curriculum internacional a Chile a estad\u00edas de al menos dos meses. Entonces, armamos un proyecto en relaci\u00f3n a la impresi\u00f3n 3D de estructuras de alta frecuencia, postulamos y nos adjudicamos el fondo y as\u00ed es como la profesora pudo venir en septiembre anteriormente y esta es la segunda visita\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n Desde Telecomunicaciones UdeC, mencionan que esta visita tambi\u00e9n se debe a las buenas relaciones establecidas con la casa de estudios porte\u00f1a, quienes pronto abrir\u00e1n la carrera de telecomunicaciones. \u201cEn ese contexto, siempre nos estamos visitando, vemos en qu\u00e9 estamos trabajando y ver \u00e1reas en com\u00fan. Esta vez, justo ellos tenian la visita de la profesora, y desde el contexto de su proyecto nos visitaron\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Dr. Gabriel Saavedra, encargado de difusi\u00f3n de la carrera.<\/p>\n
