El Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnol\u00f3gicas, IIT UdeC<\/strong>, est\u00e1 desarrollando el Programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n Docente I+D+i+e al Consorcio HEUMA,<\/a> integrado por las Facultades de Ingenier\u00eda de las Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Norte y de la Universidad de Antofagasta, en el marco de Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de CORFO.<\/p>\n

Se trata de una capacitaci\u00f3n – iniciativa a la que postul\u00f3 el acad\u00e9mico Pedro Vera<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1ado del profesor Jos\u00e9 Dur\u00e1n \u2013 que comenz\u00f3 el 1\u00b0 de septiembre de 2019 y finalizar\u00e1 el 30 de diciembre de 2020. El desarrollo del curso es a trav\u00e9s de modalidad b-learning e incluye 4 actividades presenciales de una semana de duraci\u00f3n distribuidas en el periodo de la capacitaci\u00f3n con tareas y ejercicios a distancia que se realizan entre los referidos periodos presenciales.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, entre el 09 al 13 de diciembre pasado se desarroll\u00f3 la primera actividad presencial en la Universidad de Antofagasta, que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n especial del doctor Jos\u00e9 Aranha, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Entidades Promotoras del Emprendimiento Innovador (ANPROTEC) de Brasil<\/a>, quien dict\u00f3 la conferencia \u00abTendencias de la Innovaci\u00f3n, futuro del trabajo y posicionamiento de la universidad ante estos desaf\u00edos\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n se estructura en base a 6 m\u00f3dulos. Estos son:<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo 1.<\/strong> Emprendimiento e Innovaci\u00f3n claves para un nuevo desarrollo: competencias de ciudadan\u00eda para el siglo XXI
M\u00f3dulo 2:<\/strong> Las facultades de Ingenier\u00eda como parte del ecosistema regional de emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n
M\u00f3dulo 3:<\/strong> El emprendimiento tecnol\u00f3gico, la propiedad intelectual y la creaci\u00f3n de empresas
M\u00f3dulo 4:<\/strong> Fundamentos para la educaci\u00f3n para el i+e: la utilidad del enfoque transversal e interdisciplinario
M\u00f3dulo 5:<\/strong> Herramientas pedag\u00f3gicas para el desarrollo de aspectos claves de la actitud emprendedora en los estudiantes de Ingenier\u00eda: el autoconocimiento, la creatividad y la b\u00fasqueda de oportunidades
M\u00f3dulo 6:<\/strong> El proyecto innovador, design thinking (prototipado), el modelo de negocios y el plan de negocios, las presentaciones r\u00e1pidas (el \u00abelevator pitch\u00bb)<\/p>\n

Como resultado final de este proceso de capacitaci\u00f3n se espera que los profesores participante elaboren un proyecto en temas de I+D+i+e en condiciones de ser presentado a financiamiento interno \/ externo; o bien, elaboren un proyecto pedag\u00f3gico para aplicar metodolog\u00edas que promuevan el I+D+i+e en el aula.<\/p>\n
