Adem\u00e1s, recalc\u00f3 la importancia de la esencia laboral. \u201cUno nunca tiene que dejar de ser la persona que es, siempre tienes que tener tu sello; no porque yo est\u00e9 en este puesto voy a empezar a mandar a todos (\u2026) uno debe mantener su carisma, su esencia, eso es lo principal\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n
En cuanto a su experiencia laboral expres\u00f3 que \u201ctrabajar en una industria es desafiante, porque todos los d\u00edas son distintos, hay mucho crecimiento, siempre hay oportunidades para mejorar y elementos que motivan a hacer un trabajo distinto (\u2026) el puesto que estoy ahora conlleva mucha responsabilidad, porque liderar personas es complejo, y en esto creo que es dif\u00edcil dar una receta, pero s\u00ed es fundamental y muy importante conocer bien a tu equipo de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n
Finalmente invit\u00f3 a las futuras ingenieras a adentrarse en el mundo de la industria: \u201chay que atreverse, porque a veces est\u00e1n las oportunidades, pero cuesta tomar esa decisi\u00f3n (\u2026) claro que uno se puede equivocar, pero eso te va a servir para hacerlo mejor en el futuro (\u2026) en este siglo, el de la mujer, los cambios est\u00e1n ocurriendo\u201d.<\/p>\n
