Carlos Lagos, ejecutivo de Gearbox UdeC<\/a>, aceleradora de etapa temprana de la FI UdeC, fue invitado por el Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda\u00a0de la Usach<\/a>, para exponer un taller de habilidades transversales de cara al mercado laboral del siglo XXI.<\/p>\n

Este curso, que se efectu\u00f3 el 18 de octubre, en el mismo Centro de innovaci\u00f3n, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de un grupo de estudiantes de ingenier\u00eda, quienes abordaron el autoconocimiento de los estudiantes de la facultad; c\u00f3mo fomentar el trabajo colaborativo entre los estudiantes, arraigado a sus distintas especialidades; y proponer un modelo interdisciplinario, donde los desaf\u00edos sean abordados con la visi\u00f3n y cr\u00edtica de cada miembro de los respectivos equipos.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que Gearbox UdeC nace del Programa Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de Corfo<\/strong>, cuyo foco es generar un ambiente propicio para el emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n desde el primer a\u00f1o universitario. En esta l\u00ednea, cada una de las facultades integrantes del Consorcio 2030<\/a> han creado sus programas. De esta manera, junto a Gearbox UdeC<\/a>, se encuentra Lions Up de la USACH <\/a>y The Lift. de la PUCV<\/a><\/p>\n
