– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de convertidores modulares en media tensi\u00f3n y de alta densidad de potencia utilizando dispositivos SiC MOSFETs de 10 kV para aplicaciones industriales de conexi\u00f3n a la red, de accionamientos, de microredes de media tensi\u00f3n, y para aplicaciones marinas.<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de convertidores en media tensi\u00f3n utilizando conexi\u00f3n serie de dispositivos SiC MOSFETs de 1.7 a 10 kV para inversores de generaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica y aeolicos en sistemas de distribuci\u00f3n utilizando gate-drives activos<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de inductores y capacitores de alta densidad de potencia en media tensi\u00f3n compatibles con convertidores en base a dispositivos SiC<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de gate-drivers inteligentes con protecci\u00f3n y control integrado en base a FPGA para dispositivos SiC de 1.2 kV, 1.7 kV, 3.3 kV y 10 kV de alta inmunidad electromagn\u00e9tica<\/p>\n

– Contenci\u00f3n y mitigaci\u00f3n de interferencia electromagn\u00e9tica (EMI) en convertidores en base a SiC y GaN incluyendo modelaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de filtros<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de sistemas de aislaci\u00f3n para componentes activos y pasivos en media tensi\u00f3n con descarga parcial suprimida (buses dc, bancos de capacitores, inductores, fuentes de poder, m\u00f3dulos semiconductores, y otros)<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de fuentes de poder integrada con alta inmunidad electromagn\u00e9tica con capacidad para transientes de voltaje > 100 V\/ns en base a dispositivos GaN con frecuencias de conmutaci\u00f3n > 1 MHz<\/p>\n

– Desarrollo de m\u00f3dulos semiconductores para aviaci\u00f3n en base a dispositivos SiC para operaci\u00f3n en temperaturas de 250 C (Tj = 300 C )<\/p>\n

– Desarrollo de m\u00f3dulos semiconductores integrados para autos en base a dispositivos SiC y GaN de alta corriente (200-400 A)<\/p>\n

– Desarrollo de convertidores resonantes dc-dc con aislaci\u00f3n de alta frecuencia de alta densidad de potencia en base a dispositivos GaN<\/p>\n

– Desarrollo de convertidores modulares con filtros de arm\u00f3nicas y EMI modulares tipo \u00abbuilding-block\u00bb<\/p>\n

– Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de unidades de medici\u00f3n de impedancias dc o en ejes d-q para sistemas el\u00e9ctricos monof\u00e1sicos, trif\u00e1sicos y continuos de 230 V and 4,1600 V en base a dispositivos SiC<\/p>\n
