Con la participaci\u00f3n de 55 alumnos provenientes de distintas carreras, el Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Civil Inform\u00e1tica<\/a> llev\u00f3 a cabo la tercera versi\u00f3n del Torneo de Programaci\u00f3n UdeC.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa programaci\u00f3n es una competencia transversal. No solo para carreras de ingenier\u00eda, si no a nivel general\u201d declar\u00f3 Roberto As\u00edn<\/a>, acad\u00e9mico del DIICC que estuvo a cargo del torneo.<\/p>\n

Al igual que en versiones anteriores, los participantes tuvieron que lidiar con 10 problemas, de diferentes niveles de dificultad y que requirieron el uso de distintos algoritmos: \u201cEl torneo sigue los mismos par\u00e1metros de las competencias m\u00e1s famosas a nivel mundial. Los estudiantes tienen un conjunto de problemas, env\u00edan su soluci\u00f3n en el lenguaje de su preferencia, a un juez virtual que las eval\u00faa y determina si est\u00e1n correctas o no. Este a\u00f1o hemos utilizado un juez virtual llamado omegaUp<\/a>, desarrollado en M\u00e9xico para estos fines\u201d.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que esta actividad se articula con otras competencias, como el Torneo de Programaci\u00f3n de la ACM- ICPC<\/a>, en el que siempre se inscriben alumnos de ingenier\u00eda, sobretodo de civil inform\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n
