HISTORIA<\/h1>\n

En 1961, a proposici\u00f3n de la Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda, se acord\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica. Los fundamentos presentados fueron la demanda existente en el pa\u00eds de ingenieros especialistas en Potencia y Sistemas El\u00e9ctricos, Electr\u00f3nica, Comunicaciones y Control Autom\u00e1tico, demanda que se estimaba creciente, de acuerdo al desarrollo de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Este estudio comienza con la modelaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica de las relaciones entre las variables de inter\u00e9s de un problema complejo, para luego desarrollar e implementar soluciones usando tecnolog\u00edas y teor\u00edas de control e informaci\u00f3n digitales.<\/p>\n
